I ordered from Medusas Makeup and ended up returning one item because the shade looked different than I thought it would. Maybe I just missed something when picking the color, but I feel like it wasn’t totally what I expected. The return process was okay overall, though I did have to dig around a bit to find the return info, which was kind of annoying.

The refund did come through, so I can’t really complain too much, but it took longer than I was hoping. Customer service did reply, just not super quickly. I don’t think it was a bad experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely be more careful with shades next time.

I had a question about my order and expected the usual back-and-forth, but they replied quickly and were so genuinely helpful. It didn’t feel like some copied message, which I really appreciated. I still remember how relieved I felt when they just fixed the issue without making it complicated or stressful. Really nice customer service, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I didn’t expect to spend that much time browsing Medusa’s Makeup, but… yeah, there’s a lot on there. The colors are super fun and bright, lots of glittery things, liners, and then some more normal everyday options too, which I liked. I guess what stood out was that everything didn’t feel like the same few shades over and over. I found a couple colors I haven’t really seen in regular stores, so of course I added more to my cart than I meant to lol. The site was easy to look through, and I’d definitely shop there again.

It’s nice at first, but it fades after just a few hours. I wish it stuck around longer.

Overall, I thought the info was helpful and the ingredients were easy to track down, which I appreciated. My only gripe is that a few of the labels could’ve been clearer, it wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make things feel a little less straightforward than they needed to be.

I really liked the shades and thought the colors looked nice, so I don’t want to be too harsh. That said, it did make my skin feel a bit itchy after using it. It might work fine for someone who isn’t as sensitive, but for me it was just okay.

My order was mostly right, just got one shade wrong. Everything else was fine though, so... not a huge deal, I guess

I’m convinced this has the smoothest, easiest-to-blend texture ever. It goes on so nicely and blends out with basically no effort at all.

I ordered a few things from Medusa's Makeup the shipping was quicker than I thought it'd be. I got the tracking info soon after ordering too. The packaging was fine, nothing super fancy, but everything arrived okay. I'm giving it 4 stars just because the tracking took an extra day to update.

I ordered two eyeshadow shades and, for the most part, they looked really close to the photos. One ended up being a little brighter in person than I expected, which I kind of regret not thinking more about before buying, but it wasn’t a huge issue. The swatches definitely helped me choose, and overall I’m happy with them. I just wish the lighting in the photos had been a bit clearer because I probably would’ve felt more confident picking the shades

I tried this without primer just to see what would happen, and the color still popped right away. felt like a small win because I didn’t have to do any extra steps and it still looked great. I’m impressed...

I thought this makeup was good, especially for how affordable it is. It works well enough and I’m happy with it
